Some panels require cleaning (ink stains). Parts may be missing, repairs may be required. NOTE: The successful bidder will be responsible for removal and shipping. The successful bidder will also need to provide their own equipment, tools, and labor to move or ship the furniture. There is a loading dock and freight elevator available. Anyone accessing the building must have a state issued driver s license, state issued photo ID, or valid passport. The IRS must be provided a 48 hour advance notice of arrival to request access onto dock and into the building. Without the advance notification the IRS cannot allow anyone into the building.
