1981 Dassault Falcon Jet, model: HU25A. Repairs are required, and parts have been removed from aircraft and are not included. Please click the below link labeled “Removed Parts” for more information. Other parts may be missing. Aircraft is not flight worthy. All loading, rigging, and removal of the aircraft will be the responsibility of the winning bidder on their own conveyance from the exact place where the aircraft is located to include providing all required tools, shoring, personnel, and equipment required. ****NOTE TO BIDDERS: The successful bidder MUST complete an End Use Certificate (EUC), which must be completely approved by the Department of Defense before GSA can collect your payment or authorize release of the aircraft. Please see the below link labeled “End Use Certificate” for more information. Note, the approval takes on average between 60-120 days on average. **** This auction is subject to the following provisions. These items are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. Parts 120 through 130). Bidders must be U.S. Citizens to participate in this auction and must not be listed on the Department of Commerce Denied Persons List and the Department of State Debarred Parties List, as well as the Excluded Parties List System. Successful bidders will be required to show a previously issued, undamaged U.S. Passport or two proofs of identification at the time of removal from NASA locations; (1) proof of U.S Citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or State; Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth (Form FS-240, FS-545 or DS-1350); or Naturalization Certificate (Form N-550 or N-570) or Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561), and (2) proof of identification in the form of a Government or State issued photo ID. Visit must be scheduled 48 hours (normal working hours) in advance of pick-up with the NASA Point of Contact. In the event, the successful bidder is unable to remove item(s) from the property location in person, they must (1) declare under the penalty of perjury that they are a U.S. citizen and (2) send the attached Declaration of citizenship notarized by a Notary Public to NASA 48 hours prior to removal. The agent picking up property for the purchaser must provide proof of citizenship and identification (similar to above) when picking up the property. The NASA representative will check and identify the recipient in this case and record their name on the sales receipt. These provisions supersede the sales receipt. These provisions supersede the Online Sale Terms and Conditions which you accepted when you first registered.
