This lot consists of a Ricoh Infoprint Pro 907 Printer – S6410900006. Parts may be missing, repairs may be required. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the property. The successful bidder will need to bring the necessary tools and the personnel to remove the property. No assistance will be provided by the agency. The building has a loading dock and a freight elevator. The building is open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The printer can be palletized and a manual pallet jack used to take to the dock. Anyone accessing the building must have a state issued driver’s license, state issued photo ID, or valid passport. The IRS must be provided 48 hour advance notice of arrival to request access onto dock and into the building. Without the advance notification we cannot allow anyone into the building.
