The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Anyone entering the building must have a valid driver’s license or State ID. A 72-hour advance notice required for a security clearance. Without an advanced notice, access to the dock and building will be denied. The successful bidder will bring their own equipment, labor, and transportation.
