The DoD approval time frame is approx. 60-120 days from the date the completed document is received by the GSA (Zachary.dean@gsa.gov). THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT OR RELEASE THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE END USE CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN APPROVED. The “End Use Certificate” form is attached below.
