The TPS consists of an insulated weather resistant enclosure, a water tank andpump, selected controls and alarms, internal heating forthe enclosure, and other elements intended to result in a system that meets or exceeds NFPA 13D requirements. Tanks are 250 – 300 gallon water capacity. Can beused for many farming, gardening, yard, etc. Manuals (pdf) are available upon request. There may be other missing items, damages and or required repairs that were not seen or noted during inspection. PHYSICAL INSPECTION NOT ALLOWED, ONLINE VIEWING ONLY.
