The property measures 19.50 acres and is comprised of vacant fields and woods. An easement (4.05 acres) across Davidson Road is appurtenant to the Property, and runs the length of Davidson Road from its intersection with Route 11 to the 19.50 acres parcel. The portions of the property used for the former radio antenna installation contain remnant structures such as metal fencing, concrete pads, and utilities poles. No buildings remain.
